Direct Billing for Industrial Alliance now Available

Direct billing is now available for members of Industrial Alliance. Most insurance plans will allow eyecare providers to bill vision care expenses directly to Industrial Alliance. For some plans, members will need to pay the eyecare provider in full directly and the eyecare provider may submit the claim electronically on the member’s behalf.
